Beating Burnout: Find Out Why Burnout Occurs & How To Stop It!
You feel exhausted, but find it hard to get a good night’s sleep. You wake up with no energy, and force yourself out of bed. You push through the day in a fog. You try to care like you used to, but you’re just tired. Everything seems to test your patience, and half the time you feel like you could either just snap... or sit down, and cry.
It’s called adrenal fatigue or “burnout”, and it’s a rather unfortunate reality among those of us who work in a caring profession. It strikes when we overextend ourselves for others, and forget about our own self care.
If you have never felt this way before, I commend you! You’ve found your balance, and you won’t need this information. However, if you found yourself nodding in agreement with the first few lines of this description, this discussion is for you!
In this micro-seminar I will help you understand burnout by breaking down the physiological response of the body. Then, I will show you how to resolve it in a holistic manner; because, when you feel your best, you can do your best!
