Mindfitness: the condition of being mentally, emotionally, physically & socially healthy This signature MINDFITNESS Training combines Mindfulness and Fitness to create MINDFITNESS. Designed specifically for teachers, students and parents we use movement and breath to connect the body and mind. Research shows exercise boosts student’s academic achievement, decreases behavior problems and improves focus and retention of information. During this session I will teach you MINDFITNESS techniques for relaxation, to improve fitness (DPA), focus, attention and concentration and to foster self-regulation. As well, experience in 30 seconds how to shift negative thought patterns with a very simple breathing technique.So come join us to experience MINDFITNESS techniques and learn how to integrate this into your daily life and classroom so everyone can lead healthier lives physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. If you’re up for the challenge we will also begin Day 1 of the 40 Day beKIND Mindfulness Challenge so you too can join our Mindfulness Movement of over 17 000 kids, teens and adults. A session you won’t want to miss. The new MINDFITNESS Kit will be released in the spring of 2020.
