Stress is disruptive to the learning process. Relax, rejuvenate and refocus as Susan guides you through a deep meditation inducing profound relaxation for your body and mind. The perfect session after a busy week since all you have to do is lie there. Yoga Nidra is a technique she studied with Yoga Masters while in India and in California with Dr. Richard Miller a clinical psychologist having attained her advanced training in this area. Susan’s guided meditation downloads are available online at www.agriosmindfitness.com store and can be used at home or in your classroom with your students. This will be an experiential session, however she does lead educational sessions if you are interested in having her come to your school.
